This Apocalyptic Stew class is being offered right where an apocalypse scenario should be offered…in the basement. We will be discussing Apocalyptic scenarios (from the kiddy crud of school starting to actual disasters), identifying several key herbs and protocols for avoidance, remedy, and thriving. Ethics will be discussed. Herbal focus will be on herbs for first aid, infection, and protection.

ELDER CRAFTING & LORE

Elder Crafting and Lore class includes time in the actual garden! Class will include discussion of Elder fairy lore, identification, the multitudinous things one can do with elder (flowers, berries, canes). We will be harvesting, preparing berries (tedious…much more fun together), and processing a pint of elderberry syrup for taking with! Herbal focus on the medicinal properties of elder, dosing, and appropriate use.
